Art Buying Project Manager at Louis Vuitton, Paris | Full-time role managing creative production and art procurement in the 1st arrondissement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive briefs and initiate project setup
- Consolidate project budgets and submit for validation
- Distribute briefs to creative teams including art directors, photographers, stylists, and senior management
- Coordinate with the Fashion Office on product selection and shot planning
- Source and negotiate rates with photographers, videographers, stylists, and other vendors; secure intellectual property rights
- Manage talent casting and recruitment
- Ensure legal compliance by liaising with Intellectual Property and Legal teams to verify all talent contracts and authorizations are executed properly
- Serve as liaison between creative teams and internal Louis Vuitton departments including media, digital, and press
- Interface with procurement to maintain budget discipline throughout execution
- Monitor emerging talent and market trends
- Present and obtain approval from senior management at each creative and production milestone
- Oversee production shoots, conduct on-site briefings, and confirm delivered assets align with approved creative vision
- Manage final asset approval and delivery
- Collect all contracts, talent authorizations, and footage; coordinate with legal for clearance before publication
- Prepare presentation materials for stakeholder review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +5) in Business, Communications, or equivalent university qualification
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in art buying or event art procurement
- Demonstrated excellence in relationship management and cross-functional collaboration
- Proven leadership and logistical planning capabilities
- Strong project management skills with ability to challenge perspectives constructively while maintaining flexibility and adaptability
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
- Sensitivity to luxury brand values including excellence, precision, attention to detail, and creativity

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in art buying, creative procurement, or event production with demonstrated success managing complex briefs and vendor relationships.
Education
