Role & Responsibilities

  • Support coordination of production for all communication deliverables (campaigns, print, film, social and digital content, editions and press kits).
  • Assist production logistics: studio bookings, crew and team bookings, location research and scouting, casting coordination and on‑set support.
  • Prepare production documentation and presentations including creative concepts, callsheets, cast lists and production packs.
  • Maintain workflow and team management tools; provide day‑to‑day administrative and coordination support to the Art Buying & Production team.
  • Manage rights documentation and project dossiers: collect descriptive forms, standardise records, file and archive project documentation.
  • Conduct creative scouting and manage invitations for creatives (photographers, directors, producers) to build and enrich the talent pool.
  • Track press dossiers and support preparation/distribution of press releases; liaise with internal stakeholders (digital, press, events, ecommerce, editions) and external vendors (agents, producers, artists).

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a communication, media or business school (bachelor’s or master’s level) and eligible for an alternance/apprenticeship contract.
  • Previous practical experience or internships in a similar production or creative coordination role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude; comfortable liaising with internal teams and external partners.
  • Highly organised, rigorous, responsive and able to prioritise multiple tasks under time constraints.
  • Fluent in English; professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Genuine interest in fashion photography, film shoots and creative production processes.
