Role & Responsibilities

  • Direct qualitative control, monitoring, and continuous optimization of product displays across all area stores in collaboration with management and in-store visual merchandising teams
  • Plan, coordinate, and actively implement regular visual merchandising rotations, store zonings, and product launches according to global guidelines
  • Ensure timely execution of all launches and collections on sales floors in compliance with current Louis Vuitton standards
  • Provide qualitative and photographic feedback and reports following each rotation to regional, store, and country visual merchandising managers
  • Serve as brand ambassador and role model for visual merchandising, demonstrating genuine passion and enthusiasm for the discipline
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all product categories
  • Contribute proactively to business development by leveraging visual merchandising as a sales acceleration tool
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of relevant KPIs and adapt visual merchandising guidelines to store-specific business requirements
  • Collaborate with store management and merchandising teams to ensure key products are selected and optimally presented
  • Plan, select, and schedule product rotations in window displays at each rotation cycle using global guidelines

  • Oversee daily visual merchandising maintenance controls to sustain excellence in presentation
  • Control store maintenance and environmental standards to ensure luxury retail benchmarks are met
  • Manage reordering of props, lighting, and visual merchandising tools as needed
  • Foster a culture of in-store coaching with emphasis on visual merchandising team needs
  • Lead collaboration across diverse in-store team members

Qualifications

  • Completed degree or formal training in visual marketing, design, or comparable field
  • Multiple years of relevant professional experience in a comparable visual merchandising or related management role within luxury retail, ideally with first-line management experience
  • Demonstrated leadership competencies and ability to motivate, develop, and coach team members
  • Refined aesthetic sensibility for fashion, color theory, current trends, and brand aesthetics
