Louis Vuitton is seeking an Architecture and Store Planning Intern to support EMEA projects, meetings and Store Planning team coordination. This full-time, six-month internship is based in Paris and starts in January 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

• Organize and update key information for one or more straightforward projects, including schedules, budgets, quality visits and site visits; help update key information for complex projects; and manage a straightforward project under supervision.
• Coordinate agendas for EMEA team and cross-department meetings, collect information, update documentation, attend meetings and lead part of them, write minutes and share information.
• Maintain shared Store Planning documentation, including books and schedules; organize visits outside working hours; and support effective team communication through Paris store visits, meetings, Store Co and presentations.

Qualifications

• Strong time management, reliability and attention to detail.
• Collaborative and relationship-oriented, with strong verbal and email communication skills and consistency.
• Adaptable, able to understand complex environments and responsive.
• Plan-reading skills are essential, with proficiency in basic Excel.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Submit a CV and portfolio highlighting experience managing architectural projects of different types.
• A valid internship agreement is required.
