Louis Vuitton apprenticeship: Payment & Fraud PMO Assistant in Paris. Master's-level, JIRA, Confluence, project governance. Hybrid, September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain presentation materials for executive governance forums, including Value Committees, regional monthly meetings, and project kick-offs
- Track and document project governance activities across 100+ initiatives, including planning, status updates, and archival documentation
- Manage operational topics on JIRA and Confluence; propose innovative tracking methodologies for the expanded initiative portfolio
- Coordinate communications with international zones and participate in weekly checkpoint meetings with Finance & Operations vendors
- Progressively assume autonomous responsibility for designated project management tasks within the PMO framework
- Organize and co-facilitate technical workshops and brainstorming sessions; oversee participant tracking and administrative functions (user management)
- Develop technical acumen in payment ecosystem and fraud management topics through hands-on exposure to complex domain initiatives
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Master's-level degree programme (Business School, Engineering School, or University)
- Specialization in Project Management or Information Systems
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and collaborative approach
