Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalised, high‑touch client experience that reflects Louis Vuitton’s heritage and values.
- Advise local and international clients across all product categories, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge.
- Develop and sustain long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up.
- Contribute to store performance by achieving individual sales targets and supporting team objectives.
- Maintain visual merchandising and product presentation standards in line with house directives.
- Participate in onboarding and training programmes; apply learnings to daily customer interactions.
- Support store operations including stock management and point‑of‑sale activities as required.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited apprenticeship or vocational programme in retail, fashion, business or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated passion for fashion and continuous interest in collections and trends.
- Strong interpersonal skills with empathy, active listening and polished hospitality.
- Commercial orientation with a drive for targets and willingness to take initiative.
- Fluent spoken English.
