Louis Vuitton apprenticeship: Project Coordinator for Women's Leather Goods, Paris. One-year paid apprenticeship starting September 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project execution and oversee the production of women's leather goods for press and merchandising purposes while maintaining quality, cost, and schedule standards
  • Manage product launch documentation including the creation of product specification sheets and nomenclatures for press and merchandise sets
  • Analyse material requirements and procurement needs for leather, canvas, textile, and metallic components
  • Monitor material supply chains and inventory levels
  • Track material and product invoicing
  • Oversee VIP/VIC order launches and coordinate supplier materials, fabrication oversight with artisanal ateliers
  • Manage runway show envelope production including creative brief reception, material procurement, and workshop coordination
  • Support invoice tracking and financial documentation

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or university program at Bac+4 or Bac+5 level
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; knowledge of PLM systems is advantageous
  • Demonstrated sensitivity to product design, particularly leather goods construction
  • Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional adaptability
  • Excellent time management capabilities
  • Proactive, rigorous, autonomous, and initiative-oriented mindset
