Louis Vuitton Apprentice Industrial Maintenance and Facilities Engineer, Vendôme, France – apprenticeship starting September 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate external service providers: contribute to specifications, tender processes, safety plans, worksite oversight, and intervention scheduling
  • Monitor regulatory compliance of technical equipment: organize periodic inspections, track reports, and implement corrective actions
  • Track and optimize energy consumption: analyze key metrics (electricity, gas, water) and participate in environmental performance improvement initiatives
  • Support budget management: process purchase orders and track expenditure in collaboration with finance teams
  • Contribute to continuous improvement: update performance dashboards, participate in audits, and propose process optimization recommendations
  • Analyze maintenance data (failure frequency, costs, equipment performance) to enhance operational reliability
  • Identify and propose improvement opportunities based on maintenance analytics

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bac +2/3 programme in maintenance, industrial engineering, energy, environment, or technical management
  • Organized, rigorous, and capable of managing multiple concurrent priorities
  • Comfortable working with diverse stakeholders and collaborating effectively in team settings
  • Interest in technical, regulatory, and energy-related topics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is advantageous
