Role & Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic evolution of AI platforms in alignment with business requirements, LVMH group roadmap, and architectural blueprint
• Administer, upgrade, and ensure high availability of Dataiku, Google Vertex AI/Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, Copilot Studio, and integrated emerging technologies
• Validate technical architectures for all AI solutions, enforcing standards for performance, security, scalability, and maintainability
• Establish and maintain development environments for project initialization and ensure compliance with enterprise governance frameworks
• Guide AI Engineers and ML Engineers through architectural reviews, complex problem resolution, and technical decision-making
• Develop and disseminate reusable assets, frameworks, and accelerators; capture and institutionalize lessons learned across projects
• Conduct continuous technology surveillance in AI, generative AI, agentic systems, and associated platforms
• Define, maintain, and evolve MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps practices across the organization
• Establish development, deployment, supervision, and operations standards for all AI solutions
• Design and implement CI/CD workflows tailored to AI solutions and platform-specific requirements
• Ensure consistency of practices across all development teams and geographic locations
• Manage vendor and technology partner relationships to optimize platform performance and innovation
• Define operational models for AI platform utilization and clarify responsibilities among stakeholder populations
• Establish governance, security, and compliance frameworks specific to AI platform infrastructure

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent five-year university degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, or data science
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Data, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence domains
• Demonstrated expertise in architecture, technical leadership, or subject matter expertise roles
• Mastery of Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI / Gemini Enterprise)
• Advanced proficiency with Dataiku and enterprise machine learning platforms
• Expert-level understanding of MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps practices
• Deep knowledge of generative AI architectures including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic orchestration, and model deployment patterns
• Proven proficiency with CI/CD practices adapted for AI solutions
• Solid architectural knowledge encompassing software design principles, security, scalability, and performance optimization
• Recognized leadership capabilities and demonstrated aptitude for team coordination
• Fluency in both English and French, spoken and written
• Demonstrated sensitivity to the luxury sector's values: excellence, precision, attention to detail, and creative vision

Experience

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Data, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence, with several years in roles focused on architecture, technical leadership, or subject matter expertise. Extensive background with enterprise cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform. Demonstrated success managing complex AI infrastructure at scale and leading cross-functional technical teams.

Education

Engineering degree or equivalent five-year university degree (Bac+5) in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, or related discipline.
