AI Platforms and Expertise Manager at Louis Vuitton, Paris — lead AI platform strategy, governance, and engineering excellence within the luxury maison's digital transformation initiative.
Role & Responsibilities
- Pilot and govern AI platforms including Dataiku, Google Vertex AI / Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, and Copilot Studio, defining evolution strategy aligned with business needs, LVMH group roadmap, and technology blueprint
- Administer, maintain, and ensure availability of the Maison's AI platforms while establishing relationships with technology vendors and partners
- Validate technical architectures of AI solutions, ensuring adherence to standards for performance, security, scalability, and maintainability across all development teams
- Establish technical environments required for project inception and support AI Engineers and ML Engineers through design reviews and complex problem-solving
- Capitalize on lessons learned, disseminate best practices, and develop reusable assets, frameworks, and accelerators across the Data AI Factory
- Conduct continuous technology watch on AI, generative AI, AI agents, and associated platforms to keep the Maison at the forefront of innovation
- Define, maintain, and evolve MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps practices aligned with organizational standards
- Establish development, deployment, supervision, and operational standards for AI solutions while designing appropriate CI/CD workflows
- Define the operational model for AI platform utilization, clarify responsibilities among user populations, and establish governance, security, and compliance rules
- Ensure consistency of practices across all development teams and drive organizational alignment on AI engineering excellence
Qualifications
- Master's degree in engineering, computer science, artificial intelligence, or related discipline (Bac+5 minimum)
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Data, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence, with several years in architecture, Tech Lead, or technical expertise leadership roles
- Advanced expertise in cloud architectures, ideally Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Proficiency with Google Cloud Platform, specifically Vertex AI and Gemini Enterprise platforms, and ML platforms such as Dataiku
- Demonstrated expertise in MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps practices
- Strong knowledge of generative AI architectures including RAG, agent orchestration, and model deployment patterns
- Solid understanding of CI/CD practices tailored for AI solutions
- Comprehensive knowledge of software architecture principles, security, scalability, and performance optimization
- Recognized leadership capabilities and proven ability to federate cross-functional teams
- Fluent command of English and French, both written and oral
- Sensitivity to luxury industry values and commitment to excellence, rigor, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving
