Louis Vuitton seeks an Aftercare and Repairs Specialist in Marbella (Puerto Banus). Temporary, on‑site role diagnosing and repairing luxury leather goods.
Role & Responsibilities
- Examine and diagnose client‑reported faults or damage on leather goods, accessories and related products.
- Perform repairs and restorations using specialized tools and methods to restore items to company quality standards.
- Communicate repair status and technical findings to clients and sales teams, ensuring transparent follow‑up and high client satisfaction.
- Manage inventory of spare parts, tools and consumables; place orders as required following brand procedures and budget guidelines.
- Document repair procedures, outcomes and client feedback; escalate recurring product issues to product/quality teams for analysis.
- Adhere to health, safety and company quality standards for all repair activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on repair experience, preferably with luxury leather goods, accessories or small leather articles.
- Vocational or technical qualification in leatherwork, cobbling, small‑goods repair, or demonstrable equivalent experience.
- Advanced proficiency in spoken English and Spanish.
- Immediate availability to work on site in Puerto Banus / Marbella.
- Strong client orientation with proven ability to communicate technical issues clearly to clients and retail colleagues.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of practical repair experience; experience with luxury leather products or boutique after‑sales operations preferred.
Education
Vocational diploma or technical certification in leatherwork, cobbling, small‑goods repair or a related craft, or equivalent practical experience.
