Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Technical Services team coordinating four logistics sites in Cergy, assisting General Services and Maintenance.
  • Enter and update operational data and purchase orders using SAP Mypo.
  • Populate and maintain Excel spreadsheets from multiple source documents, ensuring accurate consolidation of information.
  • Verify the coherence and reliability of collected and entered data, performing basic quality control and reconciliation tasks.
  • Organise, classify and archive physical and electronic documents to maintain filing systems and regulatory traceability.

Qualifications

  • Two-year post-secondary diploma (Bac+2) in administration, office management, logistics or equivalent (e.g., BTS/DUT) preferred.
  • High level of rigor, adaptability and autonomy; able to work within cross-site operational teams.
  • Proven proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Basic working knowledge of English is appreciated.
