Role & Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry of purchase orders and operational records using SAP Mypo.
- Compile, update and maintain Excel spreadsheets and internal trackers using information drawn from multiple documents.
- Verify the coherence and reliability of collected and entered data, performing quality control checks.
- Manage document filing and archiving to maintain organised administrative records for technical and facilities teams.
- Support the Services Généraux and Maintenance teams across the four Cergy logistics sites with ad hoc administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Bac+2 (Associate degree) in administration, office management or a related discipline preferred.
- Demonstrated rigor, autonomy and adaptability; capacity to manage repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and comfort with data manipulation and reporting.
- Basic familiarity with SAP or willingness to learn SAP Mypo.
- Basic level of English (school level) is appreciated.
