Role & Responsibilities
- Request and record supplier quotations; enter and maintain quotes in the PLM system.
- Update and track product development budgets and related financial data.
- Coordinate shipments and deliveries in liaison with DHL and external couriers; manage reception of samples and materials.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the women's ready-to-wear development team.
- Maintain cross-functional cooperation with internal departments and external partners (Fabrics, Studio, Components, Workshops, and external manufacturers).
- Support product development tasks such as assisting with product photography and sample preparation.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a fashion school, business school, or equivalent university programme.
- Proven proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluency in French and good command of English; Italian is a plus.
- Organised, rigorous, dynamic and adaptable with strong interpersonal skills for collaborative teamwork.
- Previous experience (e.g., a 6-month internship or prior alternance) is appreciated but not mandatory.
