Louis Vuitton seeks an Administrative Assistant (part-time, 30 hrs/week) in Munich to manage store operations, contracts, and recruitment support in a fixed-term role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage supplier contracts and vendor relationships
  • Monitor and coordinate store maintenance activities
  • Create and maintain personnel scheduling and shift planning
  • Support management team with recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
  • Administer and procure uniforms, office supplies, kitchen equipment, and related materials
  • Conduct inventory audits and stock management
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to store-wide objectives
  • Optimize operational processes to align with client needs and expectations

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in German and English
  • Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
