Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the financial transformation of internal processes by supporting data analysis and contributing to insights for decision-making.
  • Support the Finance Transformation Manager in understanding key reconciliation processes.
  • Monitor payment discrepancies, credit card charges, and assist with recording returns.
  • Review discrepancies with the Finance Transformation Manager, contribute to action plan development, and support its execution once validated.
  • Prepare accounting reports and presentations for management review.
  • Participate in various ad-hoc projects, gaining exposure to different aspects of finance.
  • Work cross-functionally with various internal and external stakeholders across Louis Vuitton Americas.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in a related field of study.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Able and willing to work at the assigned location or relocate to New York City.
  • Availability to work up to 37.7 hours per week during the summer of 2026.

Skills

Proficiency with computer applications and financial software programs, including Office365 and SAP. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial documentation. Collaborative team player eager to learn and embrace new challenges.

Experience

Prior experience within a luxury retail environment is considered a valuable asset.

Education

Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in a related field of study.
