Louis Vuitton Italia seeks an Accounting Intern in Milan to support supplier accounts management, invoicing, and month-end close procedures.
Role & Responsibilities
- Register supplier invoices in the accounting system for both Italian and international vendors
- Verify departmental compliance with the Purchase-To-Pay process and liaise with relevant departments
- Manage payment schedules and aging analyses
- Maintain fixed asset accounting records
- Support the monthly financial close procedures
- Assist with general accounting reconciliations and administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently completed a degree programme in economics, business administration, accounting, or related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities

Experience
A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience is typically required; however, internship placements may prioritise academic progress and demonstrated competency in accounting fundamentals over extensive prior work experience.
Education
