Louis Vuitton seeks an Accounting Intern for its Brussels head office (6-month internship, Dec 2026–Jan 2027). Support accounting operations across eight European countries in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational accounting support to the regional accounting team and store network
- Process invoices, perform bank reconciliations, and manage sales reconciliations
- Assist with capital expenditure (Capex) monitoring and related reporting
- Support regulatory declarations and compliance activities (VAT, Intrastat, statistics)
- Contribute to monthly closings and preparation of financial reports
- Prepare documentation for internal and external audit engagements
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaborative projects
- Liaise with external stakeholders including suppliers, stores, and business partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Valid internship agreement from an accredited university (mandatory)
- Strong command of English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail
Skills
Experience
Entry-level or beginner-level accounting experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior internship experience in accounting or finance is advantageous but not required.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
