The Accountant manages Louis Vuitton Singapore’s general accounting, treasury, cash flow and balance sheet activities, management reporting, quarterly GST preparation, and corporate tax preparation. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage general accounting, including the General Ledger through trial balance and journal voucher preparation.
- Prepare treasury package reports and manage cash flow.
- Prepare monthly management reports, inventory reports, and notes to the accounts.
- Prepare quarterly cash flow statements and balance sheets.
- Prepare quarterly GST filings.
- Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable activities.
- Prepare ad hoc management and government reports.
- Liaise with auditors and prepare audit schedules.
- Provide information to the tax agent and liaise on corporate tax preparation.
- Maintain the fixed asset register.
- Reconcile intercompany balances and obtain intercompany confirmations during month-end closing.
Qualifications
- Degree or Higher Diploma in Accountancy.
- Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Meticulous and a team player.
- Proficient in Excel functions, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Experience in SAP or other accounting software is a plus.
- Proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and a can-do attitude.

Experience
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in full-set accounting and reporting; minimum 3 years.
Education
Degree or Higher Diploma in Accountancy.
Workplace
