Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute daily accounting transactions including General Ledger (G/L), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) in SAP or equivalent ERP systems
  • Support timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings in accordance with Korean GAAP and Group standards
  • Review journal entries and perform regular balance sheet reconciliations including bank reconciliations, cash reconciliations, and sales reconciliations
  • Process intercompany transactions and reconcile intercompany balances with other Louis Vuitton entities
  • Prepare payment lists and manage bank reconciliation to support treasury functions
  • Review travel and entertainment (T&E) expenses for compliance and accuracy
  • Serve as a financial partner to retail store teams, assisting with daily cash and sales reconciliations and resolving operational accounting queries
  • Provide timely and accurate accounting data to internal stakeholders including Business Planning and Indirect Purchasing teams to ensure proper expense alignment
  • Support external and internal audit activities by preparing requested documentation, schedules, and supporting vouchers
  • Assist in preparing primary data for VAT, corporate tax, withholding tax, and statutory filings managed by external tax consultants
  • Maintain and follow internal control standards in daily operations to ensure accounting compliance and accuracy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems
  • 3–4 years of accounting or finance experience, ideally within luxury retail or FMCG industry
  • Native Korean language proficiency
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent data accuracy
  • Proactive and hands-on approach to financial operations
  • Problem-solving mindset with willingness to learn and grow
