Loto del Sur seeks a Store & Retail Operations Manager in Santiago to lead store operations, teams and P&L for its premium retail boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure exemplary service levels, visual standards and operational efficiency across the sales floor and back-of-house.
- Manage store P&L, budget adherence and commercial performance; analyse sales trends and implement corrective actions to meet targets and KPIs.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of sales advisors and supervisors; recruit, schedule and conduct performance reviews to build high-performing retail talent.
- Own merchandise flow and inventory integrity: receiving, stock management, replenishment, cycle counts and shrinkage prevention.
- Implement and enforce loss-prevention, safety and compliance procedures in accordance with brand policies.
- Partner with merchandising, clienteling and visual teams to execute collections, in-store merchandising and promotional activities that reflect brand positioning.
- Drive clienteling and CRM initiatives to grow a loyal client base through bespoke service, follow-up and sales conversion strategies.
- Prepare regular operational and commercial reports for regional management and participate in strategic planning for the store network.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail operations with responsibility for store performance and people management, preferably within premium or luxury retail.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, targets and retail KPIs.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with experience recruiting, training and developing frontline retail teams.
- Solid knowledge of inventory control, stock processes and loss-prevention best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to represent the brand to clients and partners professionally.

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of retail experience with demonstrable results in store operations; at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role, ideally within premium or luxury retail environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business, retail management, hospitality or a related discipline.
