Loro Piana Weaving Operator role in Quarona, Italy. Full-time permanent position managing loom operations and textile production.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and load looms with yarns and threads according to production specifications
- Monitor loom performance and identify malfunctions or defects in real time
- Conduct repairs and maintenance on looms to minimize downtime
- Report on production metrics and equipment status to shift supervisor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the weaving work area
Qualifications
- Secondary school diploma (Scuola Media Superiore)
- At least 3 years of experience in weaving operations or textile manufacturing
- Proficiency in loom operation and yarn handling
- Ability to work rotating shifts (three-shift system)
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of prior experience in weaving operations or a related role within textile manufacturing is required. Experience on industrial looms or in textile production environments is strongly preferred.
Education
Secondary school diploma (Diploma di Scuola Media Superiore) is required.
