Loro Piana Weaving Operator role in Quarona, Italy. Full-time permanent position managing loom operations and textile production.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and load looms with yarns and threads according to production specifications
  • Monitor loom performance and identify malfunctions or defects in real time
  • Conduct repairs and maintenance on looms to minimize downtime
  • Report on production metrics and equipment status to shift supervisor
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the weaving work area

Qualifications

  • Secondary school diploma (Scuola Media Superiore)
  • At least 3 years of experience in weaving operations or textile manufacturing
  • Proficiency in loom operation and yarn handling
  • Ability to work rotating shifts (three-shift system)
