Role & Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain daily visual standards across all client-facing areas including windows, interiors, mannequin styling, campaign imagery and fixture placement in accordance with global visual guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the Store Manager and Regional Visual Manager to plan and deliver VM rotations, in-store activations and commercial displays that reflect brand mood, theme and cross-selling objectives.
- Propose, develop and document display solutions and VM initiatives; photograph and share visual documentation with Visual Merchandiser and Regional Visual Manager on a weekly basis.
- Organize and manage VM tool inventory and ensure technical clarity of installations; support fixture maintenance and on-floor presentation consistency.
- Support and facilitate VM training and onboarding for new sales professionals alongside the Store Manager; act as a brand ambassador to convey Loro Piana’s culture through visual presentation.
- Meet personal sales targets, cultivate an active repeat client base and maintain an organized clientele book; provide feedback on product trends, fit and quality to the Store Manager.
- Ensure appropriate sales floor coverage, comply with loss prevention procedures and role-model a respectful, team-focused selling environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in visual merchandising or related retail display roles (retail experience desirable).
- Experience in a creative field and demonstrated aesthetic sensibility.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and passport required.
- Proven ability to document and communicate VM rotations and to deliver training support to retail teams.

Experience
Minimum three years of progressive experience in visual merchandising or in-store display within luxury or premium retail; prior exposure to creative environments and retail sales is preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
