Loro Piana seeks a Visual Merchandising Manager for its Paris headquarters to oversee VM excellence across France's luxury retail network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deploy visual merchandising strategy by implementing headquarters directives across all retail locations while maintaining a coherent and attractive brand identity
- Plan and oversee the installation of seasonal window displays and collection launches, coordinating merchandising changes and optimizing sales floor layout
- Ensure maintenance, proper functioning, and integrity of all fixtures, signage, lighting, and equipment in close collaboration with store directors
- Monitor installation quality and overall store condition through regular site visits and rigorous photographic analysis
- Direct visual merchandising for special projects including new store openings, pop-ups, trunk shows, and local events while coordinating internal teams and external vendors
- Train and coach the retail network by communicating house standards, delivering seasonal training sessions, and mentoring in-store VM ambassadors to ensure consistent execution
- Manage VM budget allocation, control material and prop inventory, oversee delivery tracking, and maintain an up-to-date photographic archive
Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of prior experience in visual merchandising within a luxury house with retail network coordination
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong aesthetic sensibility
- Excellent organizational skills, priority management, and agility in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, leadership capabilities, and pedagogical ability to engage and motivate field teams
- Fluent French and professional-level English proficiency
- Availability for frequent travel within France and flexible scheduling, including overnight window changes when necessary
