Loro Piana Visual Merchandising Intern in New York: support global brand creativity through window installations, pop-ups, and event coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support global and local special window installations and upcycle strategies across all business channels in coordination with the Visual Operations Manager and local vendors
- Participate in the development and execution of collection events, including in-store trunk shows, caravans, and offsite pop-ups with budget awareness and vendor management
- Monitor and reconcile visual merchandising budgets monthly in partnership with the Visual Operations Manager and finance team
- Contribute to the design and distribution of local window and visual merchandising guidelines in alignment with global brand standards
- Support select corporate social responsibility creative donations and initiatives according to global guidelines
- Assist with tool and creative orders for store openings, renovations, and touch-ups in coordination with global and local visual merchandising teams
- Communicate efficiently across digital channels to collect information and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide hands-on support during select installations and on-site events
Qualifications
- 6–12 months of experience in window display, creative design, visual merchandising, or event coordination
- Bachelor's degree in progress or equivalent educational background
- Strong visual sensibility with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and handle concurrent tasks
- Proficiency in cross-functional and independent collaboration
- Problem-solving mindset with strong organizational capabilities

6–12 months of practical experience in visual merchandising, window display design, creative production, or event coordination within a luxury or retail environment.
Education
