Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify process improvement opportunities
- Analyze existing production processes and manufacturing cycles, recommending workflow refinements to increase productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data on production methods and assess feasibility of proposed improvements
- Develop and implement time standards for operations and production phases
- Work closely with production teams to understand operational challenges and deliver data-driven solutions
- Support costing and engineering teams in defining cost estimates
- Communicate findings and recommendations to management through reports and presentations
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes, adjusting as necessary
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance production processes
- Actively participate in seasonal pricing meetings
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in time and methods analysis within the fashion industry
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with capability to extract meaningful insights from data
- Expertise in statistical analysis tools and methodologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to convey complex ideas and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Meticulous attention to detail with emphasis on precision in data collection and analysis
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles or Master Black Belt certification (preferred)
