Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in developing textile proposals for seasonal collections, special projects, and out-of-collection initiatives for the men's division
- Manage administrative activities related to textile procurement and coordinate relationships with external suppliers
- Create and maintain material master data and coding systems for new materials
- Monitor order advancement and track material arrivals
- Review and monitor warehouse inventory levels
- Update and maintain the textile archive documentation
- Manage new seasonal sample libraries and collections
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Product Management, Economics, or related discipline
- Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Professional knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
- Professional proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Prior experience with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems and AS400 is considered a plus
