Loro Piana seeks a Textile FP&A Specialist in Quarona, Italy to support FP&A, commercial planning and monthly P&L (hybrid role).
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor Top Line performance by commercial business unit, analysing actuals versus prior years and budget.
- Track Commercial Margin across multiple analytical dimensions and provide variance explanations.
- Control operating expenses by business unit, reconciling actual spend against prior year and budget forecasts.
- Support the FP&A Manager in monthly P&L closing, producing financial reporting, variance analysis and actionable performance insights.
- Act as finance business partner to the Commercial Team by delivering standard and ad hoc reporting and analytical support.
- Participate in price list and transfer pricing processes, supporting cross-functional stakeholders throughout the cycle.
- Contribute to planning and budgeting activities for Top Line and Opex within the financial and commercial areas.
- Define commercial and financial metrics/standards to help interpret business initiatives, anticipating risks and opportunities.
- Support review and optimisation of periodic commercial performance reporting to better meet business needs.
- Provide input to cash flow estimates for commercial cash items and relevant forecasting exercises.
Qualifications
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–4 years in controlling, FP&A or similar roles within Controlling departments.
- Excellent analytical capability with a clear commercial orientation and ability to turn data into business insight.
- Dynamic, proactive team player with a results-driven mindset.
- Advanced Excel skills and practical experience with ERP systems and reporting/BI tools.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Experience
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in financial controlling or FP&A within Controlling departments; prior exposure to commercial finance processes in textile, apparel or related industries is strongly preferred.
Education
University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or similar.
