Loro Piana seeks a Textile Finishing Operator to process fabrics on automated machines, improve their color, hand feel and appearance, and perform first-level equipment maintenance. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site role governed by the CCNL Tessile Abbigliamento Moda and the company supplementary agreement; annual gross starting pay is EUR 23,379.46, subject to variation based on experience, skills, seniority and organizational needs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Operate automated fabric-processing machines to apply treatments that enhance fabrics’ color, hand feel and final appearance.
- Specialize in various finishing methods and perform first-level maintenance on the machines and equipment used.
Qualifications
- High school diploma.
- Previous experience in a specific finishing or dyeing role is preferred.
- Availability to work rotating three-shift schedules.
