Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Director to achieve quantitative and qualitative store targets, driving revenue growth and service excellence.
- Deliver and safeguard the highest standard of client experience through proactive clienteling, CRM activities and management of key client relationships (VICs).
- Lead, coach and develop the sales team; implement performance management, learning & development and succession planning.
- Oversee daily store operations including cash and expense control, security procedures, administrative tasks and logistics coordination.
- Ensure rigorous inventory control and back‑of‑house management, optimise stock levels and achieve stock‑variance and merchandising targets.
- Implement and maintain VMD guidelines and brand display standards to preserve the house image and seasonal concepts.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury retail with demonstrable results in sales and client management.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop a high‑performing sales team.
- Fluent Japanese language skills (full professional fluency required).
- Strong commercial acumen and familiarity with CRM/clienteling best practices.
- Absolute integrity and knowledge of store security, cash handling and inventory control procedures.

At least 3 years' experience in luxury or premium retail, including supervisory or team‑lead responsibilities and direct involvement in clienteling and store operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, fashion, luxury retail or related discipline preferred.
