Loro Piana Paris Team Manager role: lead luxury retail sales department with 5+ years' experience in premium retail management. Full-time, on-site position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and pilot achievement of departmental sales objectives in close collaboration with the Store Manager, analysing sell-through metrics and best-sellers to optimize inventory allocation
- Cultivate privileged relationships with clientele, identifying and nurturing VIP customers whilst guaranteeing irreproachable welcome and service quality from point-of-sale through after-sales
- Inspire, motivate and develop a high-performing sales team through goal-setting, regular feedback, and active talent identification and skills advancement
- Ensure comprehensive product knowledge across collections and communicate qualitative feedback on product development to the corporate merchandising team
- Supervise and optimize departmental inventory management to maintain consistent product availability and operational functionality
- Maintain impeccable departmental presentation in alignment with Loro Piana's standards of excellence and luxury brand positioning
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar team management role, ideally within luxury or premium retail
- Proven leadership capability with demonstrated ability to federate and develop high-performing teams
