Team Manager at Loro Piana, Doha—lead luxury retail sales team, manage client relations & team development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate an assigned sales department to achieve revenue targets and performance metrics whilst maintaining brand standards and customer satisfaction
- Champion client relationships and VIP engagement; oversee post-sale services to cultivate lasting brand loyalty and gather market feedback
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members through performance reviews, goal-setting, and recognition programmes; identify and nurture emerging talent
- Manage departmental operations including scheduling, stock allocation, visual merchandising compliance, and adherence to internal procedures
- Conduct periodic sales analysis and inventory reviews; collaborate with Store Management and merchandising teams on product re-ordering and seasonal assortment planning
- Maintain brand image and product standards through rigorous quality control, staff training, and alignment with Loro Piana's heritage and DNA
- Monitor visual displays and communicate feedback on window and departmental presentations to drive sales performance
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in luxury retail or boutique environments
- Proven team leadership and people management capability with coaching and mentoring skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Deep knowledge of luxury clothing and accessories categories
- Detail-oriented with high standards for customer service and brand presentation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Fluency in English and Arabic (both spoken and written)
- SAP Retail experience preferred
