Role & Responsibilities

• Reflect the Loro Piana brand image and ensure team alignment with corporate standards
• Drive sales maximization and achievement of departmental targets in collaboration with Store Management
• Share periodic sales analysis to optimize product re-ordering activities and liaison with Store Manager
• Maintain excellent client relationships and supervise department sales to ensure customer satisfaction and luxury service standards
• Oversee post-sale services to enhance customer loyalty whilst promoting the brand image
• Support Store Management in fostering a positive working environment with a motivated and competent sales team
• Supervise team activities to ensure customer service meets company standards of excellence
• Mentor existing talent and identify new talent to develop a best-in-class service and selling environment
• Coach team members consistently, providing qualitative feedback and utilizing reward and recognition systems
• Establish quantitative and qualitative goals, monitor realization through result analysis and monthly check-ins, and prepare yearly evaluations
• Plan and organize departmental activities, arranging the team to cover expected workload
• Ensure team compliance with all internal procedures and company policies
• Maintain departmental visual standards and product displays aligned with brand DNA
• Coordinate with corporate merchandising to identify weekly, monthly, and seasonal needs; measure and track SKU performance
• Provide qualitative feedback on seasonal products to inform buying decisions and assess category penetration
• Oversee stock management to optimize layout for sales purposes, daily liaising with Store Manager on technical and stock information

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant previous work experience in a luxury boutique environment
• Deep knowledge of clothing and accessories in luxury retail
• Strong coaching, communication, leadership, and management skills
• Detail-oriented mindset aligned with luxury brand identity
• Fluent English, both spoken and written
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• SAP Retail experience preferred

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury retail boutique operations, with demonstrated expertise in team leadership, sales management, and client relationship management within a premium fashion environment.

Education

Secondary education required; further education in retail management, luxury brand operations, or hospitality management preferred.
