Team Manager position at Loro Piana, Abu Dhabi. Lead luxury retail department, manage team, and drive sales in permanent full-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the company brand image and ensure team alignment with corporate standing
- Maintain team knowledge regarding departmental performance and strategic initiatives
- Drive sales maximization within the department and collaborate with Store Management to achieve targets
- Conduct periodic sales analysis to optimize product reordering and maintain liaison with the Store Manager
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels and communicating VIP/top client information to Store Management
- Supervise department sales and post-sale services to maintain customer satisfaction and qualitative standards aligned with Loro Piana brand expectations
- Support Store Management in creating a positive working environment and coordinate activities to maintain a motivated, competent sales team
- Supervise team activities and ensure customer service aligns with company standards of excellence
- Mentor existing team members, identify and develop new talent, and create a best-in-class service and selling environment
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, recognition, and performance development using Loro Piana's coaching and performance application
- Establish and monitor quantitative and qualitative goals through regular analysis, monthly activity reviews, and yearly evaluations
- Plan, organize, and schedule team activities to effectively cover workload requirements
- Ensure team compliance with all internal procedures and policies
- Maintain departmental visual standards and oversee product rotation and display management
- Communicate display and window impact on sales to Store Management and VM specialists
- Optimize department stock management and analyze sales reports to verify inventory levels
- Share technical and stock information with the Store Manager and departmental team on a daily basis
- Collaborate closely with corporate merchandising to identify weekly, monthly, and seasonal business needs
- Track SKU performance through sell-through reports and weekly recaps identifying best sellers and slow movers
- Provide qualitative feedback on seasonal products to inform purchasing decisions appropriate for the market
- Maintain strong understanding of category penetration and business performance within the department
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in luxury retail boutiques
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
- Deep knowledge of luxury clothing and accessories
- Excellent coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- SAP Retail experience preferred
- Detail-oriented approach with high attention to quality standards

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative retail environment
