Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform bespoke alterations to improve fit, style or functionality according to client requests and brand standards.
  • Repair damaged garments including darning, patching and replacement of zippers, buttons and other components.
  • Operate sewing machines, pressing equipment and other specialist tailoring tools to produce flawless finishes.
  • Maintain exacting quality control throughout the transformation process to ensure compliance with product specifications.
  • Participate in client fittings alongside the personalization team when required, providing expert technical input.
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant industry regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven tailoring experience with at least three years in garment construction, alterations or repairs.
  • Strong knowledge of tailoring and production processes, including hand sewing, machine sewing, washing and pressing techniques.
  • Exceptional manual dexterity, precision and attention to detail.
  • Excellent command of English.

Experience

Minimum three years' practical experience in tailoring, garment alterations or repairs; experience within luxury apparel or high‑end ateliers is preferred.
