Role & Responsibilities
- Perform bespoke alterations to improve fit, style or functionality according to client requests and brand standards.
- Repair damaged garments including darning, patching and replacement of zippers, buttons and other components.
- Operate sewing machines, pressing equipment and other specialist tailoring tools to produce flawless finishes.
- Maintain exacting quality control throughout the transformation process to ensure compliance with product specifications.
- Participate in client fittings alongside the personalization team when required, providing expert technical input.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant industry regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proven tailoring experience with at least three years in garment construction, alterations or repairs.
- Strong knowledge of tailoring and production processes, including hand sewing, machine sewing, washing and pressing techniques.
- Exceptional manual dexterity, precision and attention to detail.
- Excellent command of English.

Experience
Minimum three years' practical experience in tailoring, garment alterations or repairs; experience within luxury apparel or high‑end ateliers is preferred.
Education
Vocational qualification in tailoring, fashion technology or an equivalent apprenticeship; a high‑school diploma with formal tailoring training is acceptable.
