Loro Piana is hiring a Seasonal Store Support Specialist in Miami to deliver elevated client support and operational excellence in luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Facilitate the sales process and elevate the client experience by providing exceptional hospitality and expert product assistance aligned with Loro Piana standards
- Support the sales team by delivering exceptional assistance and maintaining strong product knowledge to enhance client interactions
- Build meaningful client relationships by facilitating personalized communication via email, handwritten notes, phone calls, and the clienteling app to drive sales
- Support CRM initiatives by recording and updating client information to enhance future sales opportunities and tailor services to individual preferences
- Actively promote new products through personalized outreach and tailored messaging to increase product awareness and client interest
- Support the maintenance of store displays to ensure alignment with visual merchandising guidelines and brand standards
- Collaborate with store management and sales team to ensure merchandise is properly replenished, well-maintained, and accessible for seamless operations
- Provide exceptional operational and administrative support to client advisors to contribute to overall business success
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales or sales support experience in a luxury retail environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional customer service orientation
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- General knowledge of sales operations and inventory management
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
