Role & Responsibilities
- Facilitate the sales process and deliver exceptional hospitality aligned with Loro Piana standards
- Provide expert product knowledge and assistance to elevate the client experience
- Build meaningful client relationships through email, handwritten correspondence, phone calls, and clienteling app engagement
- Support CRM initiatives by recording and updating client information to enhance future sales opportunities
- Actively promote new products through personalized outreach campaigns
- Maintain store displays in alignment with visual merchandising guidelines
- Collaborate with store management to ensure merchandise replenishment, maintenance, and accessibility
- Provide operational and administrative support to client advisors and store management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in luxury retail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Excellent attention to detail and customer service orientation
- Strong teamwork and collaborative skills
- General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management
- Physical capability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
