Loro Piana seeks a Seasonal Store Support Specialist in Costa Mesa, CA. Join our luxury retail team and support client advisors in delivering exceptional service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Facilitate the sales process and elevate the client experience by providing exceptional hospitality and expert assistance aligned with Loro Piana standards
- Support the team by providing exceptional assistance and maintaining strong product knowledge to enhance the client experience
- Build meaningful client relationships by facilitating communication via email, handwritten notes, phone calls, and the clienteling app to boost sales
- Support CRM initiatives by recording and updating relevant client information to enhance future sales opportunities and tailor services to individual preferences
- Actively promote new products through personalized outreach and engage clients with tailored messaging to increase product awareness and interest
- Support the maintenance of store displays to ensure alignment with visual merchandising guidelines
- Collaborate with store management and sales team to ensure merchandise is properly replenished, well-maintained, and easily accessible
- Provide exceptional operational and administrative support to client advisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales or sales support experience
- Preferably experience in a luxury retail environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in SAP
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Demonstrated teamwork capabilities
- General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
