Role & Responsibilities
- Facilitate sales transactions and elevate client experience by providing hospitality and expert product assistance aligned with Loro Piana standards
- Build meaningful client relationships through email, handwritten notes, phone communication, and clienteling app engagement to drive sales growth
- Support CRM initiatives by recording and updating client information to enhance future sales opportunities and personalize services
- Actively promote new products through personalized outreach and tailored client messaging to increase product awareness and sales
- Maintain store displays in alignment with visual merchandising guidelines and collaborate on merchandise replenishment and accessibility

Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in luxury retail environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP

- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
