Loro Piana seeks a seasonal Store Support Specialist in Beverly Hills to enhance client experience and support retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Facilitate the sales process and elevate client experience by providing exceptional hospitality and expert assistance aligned with Loro Piana luxury standards
- Support the team with exceptional assistance and maintain strong product knowledge to enhance the client experience
- Build meaningful client relationships through multi-channel communication including emails, handwritten notes, phone calls, and clienteling applications to drive sales
- Support CRM initiatives by recording and updating relevant client information to enhance future sales opportunities and personalize services
- Actively promote new products through personalized outreach and tailored client engagement to increase product awareness and interest
- Maintain store displays in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines and brand standards
- Collaborate with store management and sales team to ensure merchandise replenishment, proper maintenance, and accessibility for seamless operations
- Provide exceptional operational and administrative support to client advisors, contributing to overall business success
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales or sales support experience
- Experience in a luxury retail environment preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
- General knowledge of sales operations and inventory management
- Physical capability to lift and move up to 40 pounds

Experience
Minimum 3 years of sales or sales support experience, preferably within a luxury retail environment. Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and support sales operations in a fast-paced retail setting.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail training or certifications in luxury goods preferred.
