Loro Piana Store Support Specialist role in Beverly Hills, California—support luxury sales team with client relations, CRM, and retail operations. $25–$28/hour.
Role & Responsibilities
- Facilitate the sales process and elevate the client experience by providing exceptional hospitality and expert assistance aligned with Loro Piana standards
- Support the sales team by providing expert product knowledge and assistance to enhance the client experience
- Build meaningful client relationships through personalized communication via email, handwritten notes, phone calls, and the clienteling app to drive sales
- Support CRM initiatives by recording and updating client information to enhance future sales opportunities and tailor services to individual preferences
- Actively promote new products through personalized outreach and tailored client messaging to increase product awareness and interest
- Maintain store displays in alignment with visual merchandising guidelines
- Collaborate with store management and the sales team to ensure merchandise is properly replenished, maintained, and accessible
- Provide exceptional operational and administrative support to client advisors and contribute to overall business success
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools
- Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds

Experience
Minimum 3 years of sales or sales support experience, preferably within a luxury retail environment, with demonstrated expertise in client relationship management and operational support functions.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional retail or business education preferred.
