Loro Piana seeks a Seasonal Store Support Specialist in Aspen, CO to provide exceptional client support, sales assistance, and operational excellence in a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Facilitate the sales process and elevate the client experience by providing exceptional hospitality and expert assistance aligned with Loro Piana standards
- Provide exceptional support to the sales team while maintaining strong product knowledge to enhance the client experience
- Build meaningful client relationships through communication via email, handwritten notes, phone calls, and the clienteling application
- Support CRM initiatives by recording and updating client information to enhance future sales opportunities and tailor services to individual preferences
- Actively promote new products through personalized outreach and engaging clients with tailored messaging to increase product awareness and sales
- Support the maintenance of store displays to ensure alignment with visual merchandising guidelines
- Collaborate with store management and sales team to ensure merchandise is properly replenished, maintained, and accessible for seamless operations
- Provide exceptional operational and administrative support to client advisors, contributing to overall business success
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
- General knowledge of sales operations and inventory management
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds

Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment. Demonstrated ability to support sales teams, manage client interactions, and execute operational tasks in a fast-paced retail setting.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
