Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations: manage floor flow, lead briefings, coordinate back‑of‑house (BOH) activities and ensure service standards in managers' absence.
- Coach and develop the sales team: onboard new joiners, assign responsibilities, transmit product knowledge and share responsibility for staff coaching and performance management.
- Drive sales and KPI performance: set measurable objectives from store KPIs, monitor daily/weekly/monthly targets by product category and act as a role model for selling techniques.
- Operate clienteling and CRM initiatives: support planning and execution of product launches, one‑to‑one appointments, in‑store events and calling campaigns; optimise use of customer database and gifting strategies.
- Support inventory and merchandising: organise stock management, maintain floor presentation and BOH accuracy, and assist with sales transactions when required.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally: liaise with store managers, regional teams and other boutiques to share best practices and improve inter‑store synergies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years' experience in luxury retail with proven supervisory responsibilities within premium or ultra‑luxury brands.
- Demonstrable passion for Loro Piana products and the maison's aesthetic.
- Cross‑cultural sensitivity and a clear understanding of elite clientele lifestyles and expectations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated aptitude for building long‑term client relationships.
- Strong digital literacy; experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP Retail experience preferred.
- Proficient English (spoken and written); additional languages advantageous.
