The Store Supervisor builds lasting customer relationships, promotes Loro Piana and develops the business by optimizing category sales. The role supports the Store Manager with store performance, team motivation and implementation of company guidelines, and is a permanent, full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Actively sell all Loro Piana products and achieve sales targets.
- Serve as a reference for the store team on sales performance, selling ceremony and grooming.
- Support the Store Manager in analysing store KPIs, gathering feedback from clients and the team, and proposing and implementing action plans to improve store performance.
- Support the Store Manager in fostering a positive working environment and strong team motivation through briefings, floor engagement and individual discussions.
- Supervise and optimally organize the team’s activities in close coordination with the Store Manager, acting as Store Manager during their absence.
- Develop the team’s selling skills through ongoing floor feedback, training, coaching and mentoring.
- Ensure customer service meets Company standards of excellence and internal procedures are properly implemented.
- Help maintain displays in perfect condition and ensure they comply with Company guidelines.
- Oversee the proper execution of administrative and organizational procedures, directly or by delegation, and support cash management, personnel administration and after-sales operations.
- Manage store maintenance and IT coordination directly.
- Work closely with the Store Operations Manager to ensure stock management procedures are in place.
- Support the Store Manager in optimizing overall store sales performance, motivating the team and ensuring Company guidelines are implemented, particularly for cash management and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Above-average commercial track record and excellent presentation.
- Very good leadership, communication, team animation and project management skills.
- Ability to take responsibility, autonomy, reliability and rigor in execution.
- Ability to work effectively with retail software and good analytical skills.
- Passion for and strong motivation to work with Loro Piana products and Brand.
- Fluent French and English; other languages are a plus.
