Loro Piana seeks an experienced Store Supervisor for its La Vallée location to drive sales performance, lead the retail team, and ensure operational excellence. The successful candidate will build customer relationships, optimize category sales, support the Store Manager in team motivation and administrative oversight, and maintain the brand's standards of excellence across all customer interactions and store procedures.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales across all Loro Piana product categories and achieve established sales targets
- Serve as a reference for the store team in sales technique, sales ceremony, and grooming standards
- Support the Store Manager in analyzing store KPIs, collect customer and team feedback, and propose action plans to improve performance
- Foster a positive working environment and maintain high team motivation through briefings, floor animation, and individual coaching
- Supervise team activities and assume Store Manager responsibilities during their absence
- Develop team selling skills through continuous feedback, training, and mentoring
- Ensure customer service aligns with company standards of excellence and that all internal procedures are properly implemented
- Oversee display maintenance and compliance with brand guidelines
- Manage administrative procedures including cash handling, personnel administration, and after-sales operations
- Coordinate store maintenance and IT support
- Collaborate with the Store Operations Manager to ensure effective stock management procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail or commercial management experience
- Proven track record of commercial success and excellent personal presentation
- Strong leadership, communication, and team animation capabilities
- Project management skills and ability to work autonomously with high reliability
- Proficiency with retail software systems and strong analytical capabilities
- Passion for luxury fashion, particularly Loro Piana products and brand values
- Fluent in French and English; additional languages advantageous

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in retail sales or store management within a luxury or premium retail environment, with demonstrated commercial success and ability to drive sales performance.
