Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily store operations, including team briefings and team building activities.
  • Manage the integration of new employees and assist in assigning responsibilities and sales targets.
  • Transmit product knowledge to sales staff and share ideas regularly.
  • Achieve sales and KPI targets using Selling Galateo, MyTouch, and product knowledge.
  • Develop measurable goals and objectives based on store KPIs.
  • Support the Store Manager in planning and executing product launches and CRM initiatives.
  • Manage CRM gifting strategies and supervise customer service delivery.
  • Organize and contribute to stock management and maintain floor display areas.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in luxury retail.
  • Passion for Loro Piana products and brand.
  • Cross-cultural sensitivity and understanding of elite clientele lifestyle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP Retail experience preferred.
  • Fluency in Thai and English, additional languages are a plus.
