Loro Piana Tokyo: Store Planning Project Manager overseeing luxury boutique development, construction, and stakeholder coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies including site evaluation, budget estimation, and schedule forecasting
- Oversee architectural and construction processes for new openings and renovations ranging from SIS to flagship stores
- Coordinate and align with internal departments (Retail, Product, Finance, Legal, VM, Procurement, IT, Loss Prevention) and external consultants
- Manage project budgeting in collaboration with Finance, including variance reporting and forecasting
- Negotiate and coordinate contract and lease terms with Legal
- Collect project requirements from regional teams and communicate findings to HQ
- Source and coordinate technical information with developers and property owners
- Select and oversee external partners including architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors
- Manage costs, bidding, schedules, mock-ups, and quality assurance from planning through construction
- Maintain ongoing stakeholder coordination post-opening to ensure store aesthetic and functional integrity
Qualifications
- Degree in architecture or related engineering discipline
- Minimum 7–8 years of retail project management experience in luxury companies or equivalent scale operations
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, and AutoCAD
- Deep knowledge of retail construction and execution processes
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills
- Advanced problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure
- Cross-functional collaboration capability
- High attention to detail and organizational precision
- Strong multitasking ability
- Business-level English proficiency (reading, writing, conversation)

Education
