Loro Piana is seeking a Store Planning and Facilities Intern to support store openings, expansions and relocations, and manage facilities invoices and financial workflows in SAP. The role offers hands-on experience in retail design, project management and retail operations. Full-time internship.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support Store Planning project managers in tracking timelines, action logs, and deliverables for new store openings, expansions, and relocations.
  • Organize, maintain, and distribute architectural drawings, space plans, and design specification packages to internal teams and external vendors.
  • Coordinate communications with consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to align on project milestones.
  • Prepare status reports, presentation decks, and visual documentation for project reviews.
  • Manage the Facilities team’s invoice process end to end, including timely logging, verification, and routing for approval.
  • Process purchase requisitions, create purchase orders, and manage Goods Receipts (GRs) in SAP.
  • Reconcile vendor accounts, track monthly facilities expenditures against budgets, and resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and the finance department.
  • Maintain digital archives of contracts, service agreements, and financial documentation.
  • Support routine facilities administration and coordinate updates to minor maintenance work orders as needed.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, Architecture, or Interior Design.
  • Prior experience with or strong familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems and financial tracking.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD or design software is a plus.
  • Highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
