Loro Piana Store Planning & Facilities Intern in New York – luxury retail operations, SAP, project support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Planning project managers in tracking timelines, action logs, and deliverables for new store openings, expansions, and relocations
- Organize, maintain, and distribute architectural drawings, space plans, and design specification packages to internal teams and external vendors
- Coordinate communications with consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project milestones
- Prepare status reports, presentation decks, and visual documentation for project reviews
- Own the end-to-end invoice management process for the Facilities team, ensuring timely logging, verification, and routing for approval
- Process purchase requisitions, create purchase orders, and manage Goods Receipts utilizing SAP
- Reconcile vendor accounts, track monthly facilities expenditures against budgets, and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Maintain organized digital archives of contracts, service agreements, and financial documentation
- Assist with routine facilities administration and coordinate minor maintenance work order updates
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, Architecture, or Interior Design
- Prior experience or strong familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems and financial tracking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or design software is a plus
