Loro Piana is hiring a Store Manager in Vail, Colorado to lead boutique operations, drive sales and oversee a luxury retail team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and achieve quantitative targets through strategic planning, KPI analysis and targeted action plans.
- Act as a brand ambassador, lead VIC (Very Important Client) initiatives and ensure the highest standard of luxury customer service.
- Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing store team; create career development plans and deliver regular performance feedback.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations including opening/closing procedures, scheduling, cycle counts, stock consolidation and fiscal inventory.
- Manage P&L-related responsibilities: control store expenses, optimise shipping/receiving and alteration costs within budget constraints.
- Ensure after-sales excellence by supervising alterations, repairs and spare parts processes to maintain client satisfaction.
- Maintain store safety and functionality by reporting facilities issues and enforcing labour laws, safety procedures and sales regulations.
- Implement and align visual merchandising standards with corporate guidelines and manage stockroom operations to reflect sales potential.
- Collaborate with retail leaders and cross-functional partners to communicate priorities, identify market opportunities and mitigate business risks.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of management and sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing high-volume boutique operations.
- Demonstrable leadership experience with ability to recruit, coach and develop retail teams.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using sales metrics to drive business decisions.
- Ability to work weekends, travel as required, and perform physical tasks up to 40 pounds.

Minimum of five years in luxury retail with prior experience managing a store team and delivering measurable sales growth.
Education
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, luxury brand management or related field preferred.
